Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks. During launches, restocks, sales, holidays, or other especially busy periods, processing may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience while we get your moody polishes packed up! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping

We currently ship orders within the United States. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first. If the package still cannot be found, contact us and we’ll do our best to help. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can make it right.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best to make the change before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has entered processing.
